     happy to know that u r preparing for 2004 American society and culture.I am also preparing for it.You have been working for 3 years,but I have been preparing for only 2 years.3 years ago I only made up my mind to go to post gruduates,and prepared mentally.
But 2 years ago I got down to studying.As far as I know, the bottom line of 2003 for this school is 350,but the final number of students who r accepted is decided by beiwai.perhaps those who reach 390 can be accepted.
