<P ><FONT size=3><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></B><B >为加速社会主义现代化建设，培养更多的高层次专门人才，实行多渠道筹措资金办学，不断满足用人单位的需求和考生求学的愿望，由东北大学研究生院（以下称甲方）与考生（以下称乙方）达成如下协议：<p></p></B></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT size=3><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></B><B >一、甲方在国家规定的招生规模内，录取乙方为在籍计划外自筹经费研究生。<p></p></B></FONT></P>
<P ><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"><FONT size=3> </FONT></FONT></B><FONT size=3><B >二、乙方需在录取之前，一次性向甲方交纳教育补偿费<FONT face="Times New Roman"> 20000.00 </FONT></B><B >元，交款方式为刷卡（银联卡）、现金或转帐均可。</B><B >交款时间<st1:chsdate w:st="on" IsROCDate="False" IsLunarDate="False" Day="20" Month="4" Year="2005">4月20日</st1:chsdate>至22日，地点为东北大学校部一楼财务处（其中信息科学与工程学院现场交款时间为<st1:chsdate w:st="on" IsROCDate="False" IsLunarDate="False" Day="20" Month="4" Year="2005">4月20日</st1:chsdate>），逾期不交者视为自动放弃录取资格。<p></p></B></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT size=3><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></B><B >三、乙方在学期间可参加各种优秀奖学金和荣誉称号的评选，但不享受普通奖学金待遇，可享受公费医疗待遇。<p></p></B></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT size=3><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></B><B >四、乙方在学期间培养费不足部分由学校筹集。<p></p></B></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT size=3><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></B><B >五、乙方在学期间的住宿费、教材（书）费与其他研究生同样自理。<p></p></B></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT size=3><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></B><B >六、乙方按规定修满学分、成绩合格、完成论文通过答辩后，由甲方授予硕士学位，发给毕业证书。<p></p></B></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT size=3><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></B><B >七、乙方完成学业后，按国家有关规定由学校报教育部，可进行自主择业。<p></p></B></FONT></P>
<P ><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"><FONT size=3> </FONT></FONT></B><FONT size=3><B >八、乙方在校学习年限为<FONT face="Times New Roman">2.5</FONT></B><B >年，延期毕业不再享受有关待遇。<p></p></B></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT size=3><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></B><B >九、乙方入学三个月后，无论任何原因，学校一律不退教育补偿费。<p></p></B></FONT></P>
